Many things that were once considered Left or even Far Left, are now considered normal. Today's Conservatives are alright with women voting and gay marriage. Some of them are even accepting of transgender people.
One day, today's Conservatives will all be dead, and the younger people who grew old and took their place will be considered conservative by the new standards. These pro-woman, pro-gay, pro-transgender people will talk about how part of being Conservative is accepting all of these people.
