A lie doesn't become the truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good just because it is accepted by a majority.

Nope. Capitalism is not theft at all. Capitalism creates wealth. Socialism is theft. It only exist by stealing wealth.
This is a problem? Why are you averse to profits?
Wages are not related to corporate profits. They are determined by price discovery.
Nope. You are just angry because you have a shitty job and there are too many people doing the same job as you.
So have yours, if you are paying any.
No, you are trying to justify socialism. No thanks.

You really think so? Personally, I think the world is beautiful and bountiful.
You also seem to be a real ingrate. People have installed systems in coal plants and cars to reduce air pollution. They work and they're cheap. I myself have built systems to clean up waterways, including Puget Sound. All of these are built by global corporations.
'Crony capitalism' isn't capitalism. It is not even good business. Some smaller business will come along and easily shoot their kneecaps off.
IBM was crony. It was practically DESTROYED by the coming of the minicomputer.
DEC was crony. It was practically DESTROYED by the coming of the personal computer.
Dow Chemical turned crony. They went whining to the government to institute a fake panic over ozone because a patent of theirs was expiring. That's socialism in the form of fascism by the government. Even Kodak and Agfa is doing better than Dow Chemical right now.
Boeing produced it's best airplanes when competing against McDonald Douglass. Now they are turning crony. They still have to compete again Airbus though.
Youtube turned crony. That produced some 15 competing video playback sites. Any one of them could wipe Youtube off the map in the future. Same thing is happening to Google. There are a host of other search engines around now, some of them are pretty good.
Microsoft turned crony. As a result they have been driven out of the server market, driven out of the automotive market, driven out of the phone market, and are facing the very real possibility of being driven out of the desktop market. Their videogame console business still has to complete against Nintendo. They aren't doing so well against the Switch. The only reason they are doing better than Sony is because Sony is worse than Microsoft.
Crony isn't capitalism. It is laying about on your past laurels. It won't be long before someone comes along and shoots your kneecaps off, and you might not be aware it happened until well after it happened. Dinosaurs had a helper 'brain' at the base of the spines to relay signals from so far away. There's a certain similarity here with large companies that find it difficult to maneuver when competition DOES inevitably come along.
Nothing stops a corporation from polluting except one thing:
It's bad for business.
Only by destroying them.
It was capitalism that cleaned up Pittsburgh, ingrate. Companies like mine. Government did nothing until after the fact.
No, that's why companies like mine came along and cleaned it up.
Both are. There is no 'side'. False dichotomy fallacy.
You're ignorant. Crony capitalism is behind all the mega-successful companies. Big companies lobby for more regulation to prevent smaller companies from popping up. Regulations make it harder for others to enter a market. Zuckerberg wants congress to regulate content, and he's volunteered his help. He doesn't want competitors to serve people facebook rejects. Amazon is pushing for a federal $15 minimum wage to make it harder for small startups to afford labor.
IBM was under a consent decree and the government prohibited them from having fully their own PC. So, they outsourced the operating system to Microsoft. If not for this, you would never have heard of Microsoft. And, today, IBM would likely be one of the world's biggest companies, if for crony capitalism. (IBM would also have avoided being decimated with today's weak antitrust attitudes.)
Changes in technology can change the leading companies, but I don't see how that has anything to do, per se, with crony capitalism. If IBM or DEC failed on their own to dominate emerging industries (e.g. the personal computer industry), what does that have to do with crony capitalism? How about companies that lost in an unchanging market they once led? Rare as hen's teeth.
I don't understand your examples of crony capitalism hurting companies. What did Youtube and Google do that was crony capitalism, and specifically how did it hurt Youtube or Google? 15 competing playback sites? Youtube commands more user-created video streaming market than ever before, most of the others have gone way or barely exist now. Google search faces no noticeable competition, except maybe from Bing (and, that has nothing to do with winning consumers).Youtube turned crony. That produced some 15 competing video playback sites. Any one of them could wipe Youtube off the map in the future. Same thing is happening to Google. There are a host of other search engines around now, some of them are pretty good.
Sarch Engines Percentage Market Share
Search Engine Market Share Worldwide - May 2019
Google 92.04%
Yahoo! 2.67% [uses Bing]
bing 2.39%
Baidu 0.89% [Chinese]
YANDEX RU 0.51%
DuckDuckGo 0.38%
That 92% is the highest for Google ever, in a market that has only been growing.
Ape lives matter. Stop putting them in zoos. Boycott businesses that don't hire apes.
Then answered all the Jews, and said, Jesus' blood be on us, and on our children. So be it.
Jews want to turn America into an atheistic, amoral, socialist farmyard.
Crony capitalism is the defect in our political system. I agree that often smaller competition with better ideas comes along and knocks the sox off of the BIG crony crooks, but most usually not until the top dogs have amassed vast and even obscene fortunes for themselves. Just think of how well our economy would work & justice would be achieved if, but for the idiotic regulatory system written most often by Washington lobbyist that makes it near impossible for the little guy to even get started without a bundle of loot from some other banker crook I can’t see reforming that ever happening as long as the duopoly party, two party bribery crooks remain in total power. They’re both too corrupt to be reformed themselves, they own the national media, they own the national debate, they own ballot access & every dime of special interest loot in the country & they’re racing the nation a warp speed into bankruptcy. How does that ever get fixed?
"Government is force by definition and corruption by nature. The bigger the government, the greater the force and the greater the corruption."
