You are the one being dishonest or stupid about how the statistics were compiled. Also, Hispanics can be of any race, not just white.

The incident of two men getting cuffed in Starbucks because they were waiting for a friend to arrive is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.

I believe those cop shows are only on cable and I don't have it. I don't know what black community "cultural issues" have to do with black drivers getting stopped 91% more often. It sounds like a white community issue to me.

They are the FBI - Department of Justice numbers so if you have a problem, take it up with them. The numbers show more black arrests for murder, robbery and gambling. Everything else is white-dominated. Furthermore, there is no "prima facie" evidence that blacks commit more driving violations or you would be linking up.
