We drove from STL to Burlington VT a few years ago. Took two days. Driving through Illinois, Indiana, and most of Ohio was unrelentingly boring.... flat flat flat corn corn corn. But Pennsylvania was a surprise... rolling hills, lots of vineyards, and of course Lake Erie.

So is Northern lower, but southern isn't anything to rave about. Just run of the mill urban, farmland, and forest. Similar to western Ohio, just with more lakes. Up in northern lower it's great. You have Torch Lake, which is often compared with Lake Como, in Italy. Lot's of pricey homes around it, and has had several well known occupants to the area. The rapper Eminem, Micheal Moore, to name a few.

Somebody on this thread said something about a lake being a mud hole or something like that. Well, that the nickname for the lake where I live. I can have my boat in the water in 5 minutes though and have learned to catch plenty of fish out of that mud hole. Also, I’m within an hour or so of several clear water lakes, but when it comes to fishing I prefer the mud hole. There aren’t any boats going 90 on it though. I will run it at about 55-60. Notice the brown, chocolate milk colored water in the background of the pictures and you see why I call it the mud hole even though it is my favorite lake.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."
