Default Trump Appoints A Possible Winner

President Trump’s appointments for top positions has been a 50-50 proposition at best. My fingers are crossed that his latest pick, Ken Cuccinelli, will a good one. Personally, I knew he was okay the minute he was rejected by the head of a government union:

The head of a union representing US Citizenship and Immigration Services employees on Sunday blasted President Trump's reported pick to head the agency.

Note that Francis Lee Cissna’s parting shot is the same old Democrat Party con job. ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE ENTITLED TO THE SAME CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS AS LEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

"The resignation of Francis Lee Cissna as Director of USCIS and the possible appointment of Ken Cuccinelli as his successor spells the end of legal immigration as it currently exists," Danielle Spooner, the president of the American Federation of Government Employees union representing USCIS employees, said in a statement to CNN.

Spooner’s doublespeak means Ken Cuccinelli knows nothing about the laws Democrats passed since 1965. The fact is that every American knows everything Spooner and his crowd do not know. ILLEGAL ALIENS SHOULD BE DEPORTED POSTHASTE.

"It has become clear that the goal of this Administration is to end immigration all together. How better to do that then by appointing as the leader of USCIS someone who knows nothing about immigration, Adjustment of Status or Naturalization, and whose sole purpose is to destroy the agency that grants these benefits."

Trump is reportedly expected to appoint Cuccinelli, who served as Virginia's Attorney General between 2010 and 2014, to head USCIS.

Lee Francis Cissna resigned from his post leading USCIS at the request of Trump on Saturday.

The agency shakeup comes as Trump has pushed for his administration to take a more aggressive posture on addressing what he has called a crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Cuccinelli shares similar views on immigration to Trump.

The basic test of freedom is perhaps less in what we are free to do than in what we are free not to do. It is the freedom to refrain, withdraw and abstain which makes a totalitarian regime impossible. Eric Hoffer

Mitch McConnell doesn’t want to confirm him, this should be interesting.

Haspel goes in the loser column:

Trump did not have to be a genius to know Haspel would be bad news after she was confirmed:

(L to R): Brennan, Haspel and Clapper

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) wants to know if Gina Haspel knew about the espionage campaign conducted against Donald Trump. Haspel, Trump’s choice for CIA Director, is a CIA veteran.

Furthermore, in 2013, John Brennan named her Acting Director of National Clandestine Service. Brennan has also endorsed her nomination as Director. So has James Clapper.

Think about that. Two men at the center of the espionage campaign against Trump have endorsed Haspel.

Both men signed a letter that states the following:

“Those who have served alongside Ms. Haspel have only the utmost praise and respect for her. She has broad support from the CIA workforce. Within the U.S. national security community and among our allies around the globe, admiration for her is unsurpassed.”

Why would Brennan and Clapper – two men who have allegedly perjured themselves under oath – endorse Trump’s nominee for CIA Director?

It seems like Brennan and Clapper like the pick because it affords them some protection.

Haspel has incentive to stonewall any investigation if she was a complicit actor. She would be complicit if she knew and did nothing.

    Said Paul of Haspel:

“She’s high enough up in the CIA. I think we should know what she knows about whether the Trump campaign was surveilled upon. Before she’s appointed, if she is indeed appointed, I would like to know what does she know about the surveillance of the Trump campaign and why was the CIA involved?”

Every senator whose first loyalty is to this country’s sovereignty should ask every nominee if they place the United Nations above the United States? More importantly, senators better find out if a nominee has a cozy relationship with the New World Order crowd.

Haspel’s reaction or non-reaction to Paul’s question will speak volumes.

As a result, her silence could implicate and compromise her.

    Thick as Thieves

Democrats have a seemingly unbreakable united front. This is so, not because they love each other. It’s because they all have DIRT on each other.

If Haspel knew Trump was spied on, Brennan and Clapper have dirt on her too. Did she know from a distance or did they confide in her? That is an important distinction.

Yet, today, Republicans and Democrats assume their positions instead of asking serious questions. One side defends Haspel to the hilt and the other side demonizes her to the same extent, in the opposite direction.

Sean Hannity is guilty of playing this game too. There is no national media personality that has done better work on the espionage case against Trump than Hannity.

However, he’s completely disinterested in asking questions about Haspel. All he does is sing her praises.

    Why?

    The answer is politics.

Thieves are thick because they’re in deep.

Either way, Haspel should be forthcoming and honest about what she knew. If she did know and doesn’t come clean, we’ll know why Clapper and Brennan endorsed her.

NOTE: Obama’s CIA Director (and Secretary of Defense) Leon Panetta, endorsed Haspel. Only an idiot would nominate anybody the old Commie plugs:

Do you mean the same Mitch that said there should be no SCOTUS appointments in a presidential election year? That Mitch?
Please leave your Trump 2024 signs in your yard. That way, my dog will know where to take a dump.
