He's a flaming troll, that out right lies on purpose, and often. Even if he posts something more sincere, he tends to misrepresent it. He race baits, and tries for an apologist routine for racism, because this person did that, etc. Is he a real racist. Who knows? It doesn't really matter, because Volsrock is still on the bottom, screwing around if he isn't.

There’s a trash and rodent nightmare in downtown L.A., with plenty of blame to go around

Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
pain in abortion.
Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

They allow a permissive atmosphere by not enforcing vagrancy, drug possession, disorderly conduct, etc. laws. But you knew that. We all do.
When Giuliani took office as Mayor of New York City, he appointed a new police commissioner, William Bratton, who applied the broken windows theory of urban decay, which holds that minor disorders and violations create a permissive atmosphere that leads to further and more serious crimes that can threaten the safety of a city; to prevent major crime, the theory holds, the police should enforce seemingly minor "quality-of-life" laws such as those outlawing public drinking, littering, and jay-walking.[3] Within several years, Giuliani was widely credited for making major improvements in the city's quality of life and lowering the rate of violent crimes

That’s the million dollar question. And with the caveat that we’ll never eliminate homelessness because we can’t prevent mental illness, drug abuse or people just down on their luck but skid row and homelessness has been a huge problem in LA for a long time. They’ve made “attempts” to address it but it’s only getting worse. Without getting into the weeds a change in strategy could be called for
