She certainly is having some cognitive disconnect between her mouth and her brain.....more than likely she is simply demonstrating the side effects of the meds she requires to treat her psychosis. That along with the countless facial surgeries she has had over the years that limit her facial muscle movements is a disaster waiting to happen for any that attempt to speak in public. She has not lost any of devious mental capacities she's still as sly as the vixen bitch party she represents.

Some of the most genius individuals that ever lived where BAT SHIT CRAZY. Don't let her fool you.....she has the power of the media and the deep state behind her, just keep a fresh hanky handy if you get close enough to talk to her.

I enjoy watching her talk......it as if every time she opens her mouth she has to place her tongue on her palate in order to keep her dentures from falling out. Kind'a reminds me of and ole Red Skelton skit. I'd love to see her take a bite out of big ole red apple and leave her implants in the skin. You know she's to much an elite to wear dentures.

Truth? There aren't many on the left side of the isle that is going to win any presidential fitness awards, they are too busy chasing cash or chasing ass of either denomination or gender. It became so prominent that they established a sexual scandal slush fund (of course at tax payer expense) for settlements.

Now one other potential cause could be her use of Botox. Here is the black box warning for Botox

Postmarketing reports indicate that the effects of Botox and all botulinum toxin products may spread from the area of injection to produce symptoms consistent with botulinum toxin effects. These may include asthenia, generalized muscle weakness, diplopia, ptosis, dysphagia, dysphonia, dysarthria, urinary incontinence and breathing difficulties. These symptoms have been reported hours to weeks after injection. Swallowing and breathing difficulties can be life threatening and there have been reports of death. The risk of symptoms is probably greatest in children treated for spasticity but symptoms can also occur in adults treated for spasticity and other conditions, particularly in those patients who have an underlying condition that would predispose them to these symptoms. In unapproved uses, including spasticity in children, and in approved indications, cases of spread of effect have been reported at doses comparable to those used to treat cervical dystonia and at lower doses.

Like I said, I don't know her entire medical history so it would be inappropriate to render a diagnosis based on observed symptomatology, but it is clear that she is struggling and should not be in front of the camera
