Default May Resigns: Her Failure to Follow the Will of the Voters Came Due

By letting her opposition to the Brexit vote which HER SIDE LOST, dominate the PATHETIC "DEAL" she tried to float by, MAY cut her own throat, politically.

May is not a dictator. She offered deal after deal and the Brexiteers voted them down. How is it her fault?

I think Mrs May was terrified of leaving the EU with "no deal" - probably because her civil service advisers and Chancellor Hammond convinced her it would be a catastrophe.

The EU negotiators could see that, and knew they had no competition. She gave the bastards everything they demanded.

Her slogan started as "no deal is better than a bad deal". Pretty soon it was "any deal, PLEASE!"

I seriously doubt you live in England, and you do not have a dog in this fight.

Are you just upset about it because bloggers in the wingnutosphere ordered you to be irate?

When leaders fail to support the right causes, and end up leading their countries in the wrong direction, they should step down!

Nice lady! She just took some bad advise- and it cost her her leadership!

I admire her for stepping down!

Her biggest mistake was allowing the EU to talk about the divorce settlement before trade talks had even started.

you don't know what you are talking about. like, you have a proufound level of ignorance. With May's resignation, firstly parliment is on path to get someone much more hard core on brexit. Most likely Boris Johnson.

Secondly, hard brexit (i.e. no deal brexit) is the default option. If parliament doesn't come with with a withdrawl agreement, it doesn't matter. The legal default is for the UK to be punted out of the EU unless they revoke article 50 and that is not going to happen. The EU aren't going to keep granting extensions. Macron has already said repeatedly he's going to veto if the UK doesn't come up with a deal. Which means the UK is fully brexit'd. All brexiters have to do at this point is simply run out the clock and they will get full no deal brexit.

So again, you don't know what you are talking about at all.
