The Boston Globe called the early 2018 meeting between Kerry and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif an "aggressive yet stealthy" mission to put pressure on the Trump administration to keep the Obama-era nuclear deal in some form.
Responding on "Fox News @ Night," Gen. Jack Keane (Ret.) said the meetings were "pretty outrageous behavior" by Kerry
