ya I know the criminal law definition, and that is not applicable - but at the same time the bill was passed with clear intent to target only Trump ( even if the final bill was widened -it still was clearly targeted -no one really disputes this)
I'm sure any decent court would disallow because of the obvious intent, but it won't get that far.
