    None of it makes a difference, Trump, as he always has, will litigate anything all the way to the Supreme Court, he didn't beer ball Brett on the Court cause he thought he would make a good Supreme Court Justice

    Roberts decides which cases the SCOTUS will hear and which ones it won't.

    Roberts has demonstrated so far that he doesn't necessarily bend over for the right that readily.
