may 20 2019 The billboard is located along I-70, and it's visible to those coming into the state from Utah. It reads "Welcome to Colorado, where you can get a safe, legal abortion."

Abortion supporters tell CBS Denver the billboard is meant to let those in neighboring states know that Colorado supports their reproductive medical needs.

Abortion opponents say they want to those who don't live in the state to know that the message doesn't represent the views of all Coloradans.
