Awesome, well we have nothing like that.. But there are many very nice places by water, cool water you gotta go up in elevation but if you don't need to commute any place it's fine... & If you do SactO is only 2 hours away from the peaks (7,000ft +)

    https://www.nbclosangeles.com/invest...510171121.html

Piles of trash shit and needles in California big blue cities ...these people are worthless turning once great cities into 3rd world hell holes

Since LA can't pick up the trash perhaps they should issue flea collars to the homeless, rats & folks visiting the beautiful part of the city??

All that trash does not look like it was dumped there by just homeless........

Ever since I discovered it, I've been all about the East Side. Up 395 from Lone Pine all the way to Bridgeport. I never use the monster passes that start at the valley floor, though. Horseshoe Meadows, Onion Valley and Sabrina Lake Basin all off INSANE payoff and you can park between 9000-10000 ft.

I know a ton of places. For me, the best starting place on the planet would be the 20 Lakes Basin. Bang for the buck/hike payoff like nowhere else.

AS FOR NEEDLES, they are everywhere. Not the least of WASHING UP ON FLORIDA BEACHES. (You know where the rich people live). How far they float and travel, NOT A CLUE.

PS The amount of CONDOMS found washed up on beaches is mind boggling.
Yes. Mackerels are practicing safe sex.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Eh, it's how I was brought up and what we considered ourselves. Now I tend to see NCal more as Mendo, and Big Sur more as central coastal.

I grew up thinking it Nor Cal as well but now more think of it as "central" however I guess it's really irrelevant. I'm a big golfer and the Pebble Beach area is golf heaven to me.
