Trump isn't just a common citizen, he is President, and according to Barr and his Justice Dept he can't be indited, so how is he not above the law?
And Americans want to see Trump's income tax returns, the longer he keeps obstructing, the more they believe he is hiding something, the "I'm being audited" facade ain't working

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."
This is why I am on onboard with this. All of our politicians make laws and decisions we have to live and abide by. Somewhere along the line, they have put themselves above those laws. They went from common citizens doing things for the benefit of other common citizens to they are royalty and we are serfs. Screw that.

That DOJ guidance was formulated long before Trump took office and way before Barr was confirmed, anchovies. Christ, you're stupid.
It was first implemented in 1973 and reaffirmed on October 6, 2000. Who was the president then?
