Bullshit.....out of a population of over 300 million....why don't you document the actual number of pregnancies that are the result of incestuous rape by a father. Proceed.....document that number. Are all the innocent unborn children supposed to face a death penalty rather than a prison sentence void of any DUE PROCESS of being charged with a crime might alone convicted by a jury of their peers because of some imagined hypothetical subjective false charge? Regardless....what of that child, is he/she supposed to be placed to death because of the crimes of the parents?

Any and every life has value....its not to be fascistically declared not worthy of having any right to life. There are countless childless couples that would love to adopt and care for an infant child in any state of life.

Another inconvenient truth? Two of the most liberal states in the union have very liberal laws in relation to incestuous sex....N.J. and Rhode Island....incest is not even a crime between consenting adults over the age of 16 for R.I. and 18 for N.J.

Oh....those incest induced pregnancies? There are no stats for such crimes....but incest is a crime in most states. As far as rape induced pregnancies? That's an entirely different animal. Ask someone that supports abortion and you get a number ranging from 25k to 32k rape induced pregnancies a year. When you do the real math based upon the National Crime Victimization Survey (a Justice Department survey) you get a more realistic number using the same 5% rate of pregnancy per number of rape victims.....the number comes in at around 3, 204 rapes resulting in pregnancies. (What % is 3k out of 300 Million?) It appears that our pro choice friends have exponentially added an extra -0- to their calculations. Its impossible to prove anything from the fluxional stats....depending upon whom is asked and in what year the survey was conducted you get a range of numbers from 3200, to 4200, all the way up to 50K a year. I haven’t read the AL law but if it doesn’t allow for abortion in underage rape victims then it may be two restrictive.

The problem with the pro-abortion argument is twofold: one is that Roe is bad law and since it’s bad law it’s open to challenge. The issue never should have left the states but SCOTUS conjured the ‘right’ to abortion in Roe.

The other problem is the ‘fundies’ have science on their side. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to prop-up the argument that the human fetus is something other than human. And medical imaging technology isn’t helping matters. IOW, that isn’t a glob of cells sucking it’s thumb on the sonogram.
