    That rare conservative with heart.
I think he made it here once or twice after the collapse.
I was disappointed it didn't stick.

Thanks for all your comments Big Bill and others.
Not quite in the same league as Dixie when it came to ranting and like Dixie he never let ignorance get in the way of strongly hel beliefs. I do remember that he loathed me but that’s hardly unique.

First time I ran into Eman he was ranting on an environmental issue he didn’t have that first clue about. I made the mistake of pointing that out to him.

    Is she still around??
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Uh no. Dixie was a he. Check out the “in memorium” thread for Dixie who also is no longer with us. Dixie was a JPP hall of famer from Alabama who was well known for his stubbornness, his ascerbic wit and his rants. He was often hilarious for all the wrong reasons and unintentionally. He was also astounding for creating threads would receive over 500 responses.

Dixie was probably the most important member of JPP in its early days due to his propensity for making the most outrageous comments, such as his famous definition of thirds, and defending them passionately.

That wasn’t JPP’s Dixie. His avatar was usually an Elephant (as in Roll Tide) or the ANV Battle Flag. Like I said check out the in memorium thread and there will be links to some of his most notorious threads.

I know good people. Truly good, caring people. Great minds, great hearts, always helping others. Live life on their own terms. Eman was one of those great, rare souls. He was always giving to others less fortunate. Even if that meant going hungry himself to help others. Proud of who he was, did not give a fuck if anyone thought different. A spirited, forgiving, compassionate soul. One never forgets people like that. Godspeed Eman, your journey is just beginning.

Well said. He was a very special person. So witty and free-spirited. He was a gifted writer, the best I've ever seen on these boards.

I am going to miss him Mint. That is a hard thing for me to say about anybody. Really wish there were more like him in this world. It would be an adventure!
