This stemmed from one UNREDACTED sentence. NOW THE JUDGE IS DEMANDING THE UNREDACTED ENTIRE REPORT FROM BARR and to publish all the parts pertinent to FLYNN! This is LOADED WITH SHIT!

Isn't this ithe judge who wouldn't GIVE FLYNN HIS SENTENCING several months back? Outwardly showed disgust that a GEN and NSAdvisor would be talking to Russians in his position 'making deals' and telling them to SIT TIGHT till Trump was in? The judge at the time sent Flynn home and told him, I'll revisit this later. You may wanna be thinking about it. Maybe MUELLER WAS FINISHED WITH FLYNN but the DC FED COURT isn't.

Now he has made written demands for docs recordings and all materials for the period AFTER (and/or during) FLYNN PLEADING GUILTY. WH MEMBERS repeatedly called him over and over to tell him NOT TO COOPERATE including at least one scary 3AM call telling him the President still likes you but IF you cooperate....

In the middle of all of these demands by the judge is a SENTENCE about member(s) of "Congress" calling FLYNN. Who the FUCK from Congress was calling Flynn while he was in negotiations for pleading guilty? He should have been radioactive at the point. Frankly, no one in congress had any GD business calling him about this whatsoever. WHAT CONGRESSMAN TALKED TO HIM AND WHAT DID HE SAY?

Judge Emmet G Sullivan on Thursday ordered the Department of Justice to publicly release a transcript of a voicemail message Mike Flynn received that was seeking to influence his cooperation with special counsel Robert Mueller.

The order came only hours after the existence of the voicemail tape was revealed in an unredacted court filing.

“Defendant informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty plea, where either he or his attorneys received communication from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could have affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation,” the court filing revealed. “The defendant even provided a voicemail recording of one such communication.”

An unidentified person “connected to … Congress” allegedly tried to influence former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s willingness to cooperate with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, according to a filing unsealed in federal court Thursday.

In a newly unredacted filing from prosecutors related to Flynn’s sentencing — originally submitted to a federal judge in December — Mueller’s team revealed that Flynn assisted Mueller’s investigation of efforts by President Donald Trump and his allies to thwart Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

“The defendant informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty plea, where either he or his attorneys received communications from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could’ve affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation,” according to the newly revealed portion of the filing. “The defendant even provided a voicemail recording of one such communication.”

Actually, it's called not enough evidence to charge or indict. If Meuller's investigation found enough evidence (or the grand jury's recommendation for an indictment), that report is handed to the AG to determine whether there's enough evidence any charges should be brought. Stupid liberals think Meuller could bring those charges, he can't. He can only recommend they be brought. Meuller was an "investigator," not a prosecutor.
