The usual total ignorance. Legally there is the organized militia, which is the National Guard, and the unorganized militia, which is just about everybody else.

No. The National Guard is a federal militia and not covered by the 2nd amendment at all.

The State militias are what are described in the 2nd amendment. The National Guard is not a militia of any State. Most States have State militias. Washington currently has about 75 people in the State militia right now.

Membership in a militia is NOT REQUIRED for the right to self defense, and with it, the right to bear arms.

It was never originally included and there were no immigration provisions in naturalization laws for many years. (Mis)interpreting the constitutional powers of naturalization to expand federal powers led to that very fascism you preach about.
