Mullet putting stuff like that in his report is filed under ‘innuendo’ and it makes it easy to conclude he purposely set out to prop-up the Russian conspiracy theory. He had every document he requested did countless interviews of Trump’s people.
And most importantly, he squeezed Manafort, Papadopoulos, Stone and others—and he came up empty. If they had something to give they would have given it.
