Yeah, most pot is grown indoors. Even where pot is legal, it's still often banned from being grown outside. So, growers try to recreate the sun inside, which means huge electric bills, especially in the summer when cooling is needed, raising the cost of pot. If we treated pot like any other crop, you'd be able to buy an ounce of bud at Walmart for $2.98.
