My wife likes to watch Lester Holt and the NBC Nightly News as well Savanah Guthrie and the NBC morning show and all they’ve had on is discussion about this shooting. I don’t sit there and watch this stuff with her so I can’t speak to what their discussions on the air are about but I know it’s on. In fact I asked her at one point “is this all they are going to talk about?” My thinking being you continually give these kids publicity and it just inspires the next round of shooters

Which I agree with. If it were done by the media for every fucked in the head shooter. We all know that is not the case.

They were still talking about it this morning on NBC. The issue with the school shootings to them is the guns. They’re not going to stop talking about gun restrictions because in this case the shooters were liberals.

But you’re right, if the shooter is deemed to be on the political right they will go after them more along with the guns.

I don’t watch cable news but the Today Show and NBC Nightly News I think would qualify as “Mainstream Media” and they were definitely covering it. (Over covering it IMO.)
