Not a bad try, for you. Here is why you are wrong. First, as a practical matter ask any defense atty over beers whether or not
their client is in fact guilty when they bring a suppression motion and if you pay for that beer, they'll say 99% of the time.
So in short, yes, it is admitting guilt but getting off is the penalty the people pay for illegal searches. And 2, the analogy between an
illegal search and a legal subpoena is loose. Show the subpoenas in question are illegal. The statute authorizing congressional subpoenas
is crystal clear, executive privilege doctrine as it has evolved is not clear at all, and the last word on it saw Nixon getting unanimously rat fucked
    by Scotus.

Bottom line is this is a bad faith stall tactic and everyone knows it. You simply won't admit the obvious strategy, nor would I expect you to.
That would undermine the strategy and would be admitting it's just a sham, corrupt intent and therefore obstruction of justice.
But desperate people do desperate things, and this is an admission Trump has his back against the wall.

President Trump would not be able to argue without ad hominem.

It's the third word of his super-shallow simpleton strategy for duping the right.

By becoming so desperate to prevent the American people from having this answer it makes him look VERY guilty.
Does that apply to Holder and Obama, Snowflake?

You know if convicted Trump would try to pardon himself. He has already tossed that out there. He would call it an 'illegal conviction.'

This is undeniably true. Trump does not merely go ad hom when personally criticized for something he personally did,
he goes ad hom each and every time anyone opposes anything he cares about. It's so obvious it doesn't bear repeating,
he does that for us. Even his confidantes and advisors become instant enemies. He's a petty tyrant, emphasis petty.

No doubt Trump has a massive persecution complex in addition to all the other personality disorders and character defects. Trump is at war with the world,
and it's a personal war, only on behalf of himself. Not exactly a safe personality type for the rest of us.

More grins and giggles. This place is priceless for being entertained. Leftists have walked around like they have had a stick up their asses for almost 3 years now, crying, slinging snot, and projecting their own hate upon anyone that would listen to their childish temper tantrum.

Contempt of Congress? Barr would be closer to provoking a constitutional crisis if he would refuse to pay a parking ticket. Oh the humanity....every time Mr. Trump "checks" some deceitful plan from the left because Trump has better lawyers than the left.....ITS A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.

Reality: The left wipe their asses with the constitution on a daily basis...….and the worst thing, THE PEOPLE are finally getting a first hand look at this reality.

Not a bad try; here is why you and your drunken lawyer are wrong: Illegal searches and seizures are against the US Constitution...and we have already seen the Witch Hunt withhold exculpatory evidence. The Demidiots ARE NOT "Seeking the Truth'; they are trying to find something they can use to "create a crime"....

Protecting oneself from the Banana Republic tactics of the House Dunce-o-crat Politburo is simply behaving intelligently...and LEGALLY.
TRUMP WILL TAKE FORTY STATES...UNLESS THE SAME IDIOTS WHO BROUGHT US THE 2020 DUNCE-O-CRAT IOWA CLUSTERFUCK CONTINUE THEIR SEDITIOUS ACTIVITIES...THEN HE WILL WIN EVEN MORE ..UNLESS THE RED CHINESE AND DNC COLLUDE, USE A PANDEMIC, AND THEN THE DEMOCRATS VIOLATE ARTICLE II OF THE CONSTITUTION, TO FACILLITATE MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL, UNVETTED, MAIL IN BALLOTS IN THE DARK OF NIGHT..
