Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick joined Laura Ingraham on the Fox News channel last night, as part of Ingraham's first hand look at what is really happening at the border. Patrick told her the drug cartels are using migrant families as a way to distract border patrol agents from the drug trafficking that is going on.

10,000 migrants caught last week alone (DHS numbers). It's well organized. There are "spotters" ( they showed Eagle Pass)with binoculars that send the migrants ( families are best) thru at more then 1 point at a time.

Then when the border patrol deploy the send the runners thru with contraband -reducing the risk of being caught.

The migrants are well organized -almost all of them have a contact person in the USA, so once the DHS has to release them after 20 days,they hop on a bus and and move into the interior USA
