I don't think my answer was vague at all. It's about cultivating a pipeline like any organization does of young talent. What would be the reason for doing so? Because that's how organizations, and political parties, survive and grow. We always have to be building for the future. It's imperative to discover and grow young conservative talent. Results would be gauged by the number of people in the pipeline and ultimately that we put on the bench. The reason it's important to have a diverse pipeline is these folks go back to speak to people in their communities and are examples that minorities can be something other than Democrats.
