Or perhaps you do not. Obama restricted the federal production of oil. It was private and state lands that increased production of oil.

That's bull. Oil companies have held leases on Federal lands for decades and there are thousands more available. .. always have been. Nobody likes to drill on State or Federal lands because there are MORE regulations.

The reason for increased production was the high ppb.. Domestic producers have the highest lift costs in the world and they can't earn a living if the margins are too small... when that happens they don't buy or lease rigs. They don't spend money on exploration or drilling.

Meanwhile, the Europeans are not going to back Trump on his increased sanctions on Iran. He's a damned fool.

You are an idiot. Holding leases has nothing to do with it you twat. The second portion is you admitting I am correct. It was due to the government. Regulations Obama put in place on Federal lands that decreased Federal production. Which, as I stated, is precisely why the production increases came on state and private land.

Your second paragraph is almost as inaccurate as your first. Yes, the increase in production is in part due to higher prices. No, The US doesn't have the highest costs of production. Both are irrelevant to the FACT that it was state and private land production that increased. It had nothing to do with Obama. Production would have been higher if not for Obama.

Again... oil is fungible. It matters not who Europeans buy from. If they choose to support Iran, that is their call... but it is political in nature. Not necessary at all.

Nothings changed.. They have always held leases and lease options and there have always been stricter regulations on State and Federal land.. Had NOTHING to do with Obama, but NOW you know more about the oil business than Trump does.

Trump is talking about taking 1 million bpd out to the supply line.. and yes oil is fungible.

So you think you know the oil business? The premise of this moronic thread argues that Trump is at fault. Are you saying it is?
