A Wisconsin mother-of-seven has agreed to plead guilty to trying to plan ISIS terror attacks.
Waheba Issa Dais, 45, has agreed to plead guilty to one count of providing material to support a terrorist group in exchange for another being dropped.
She was arrested after trying to use social media to recruit other terrorists.
She hacked other people's accounts and also operated her own.
Prosecutors say she tried to explain to them how to use explosives and poisons.
Dais was born in Jerusalem but came to the US with her husband in 1992. She settled in Chicago but moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In her attempts to unleash terror on the group's behalf, she discussed bombing street festivals as well as poisoning water supplies.
An FBI confidential informant told investigators that Dais is unemployed and that her 'Islamic husband' paid the bills.

The president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops termed as “a great evil” the Muslim attacks in Sri Lanka targeting the country’s minority [s]Christian[s] Easter worshiping community as Easter worshipers packed three churches.
Sri Lankan government officials blamed the Islamic group National Thowheeth Jama’ath for the bombings, which also were directed at three luxury hotels. The multiple bombings left at least 290 people dead and over 500 injured.
“This great evil targeted these churches as they were packed full of Easter worshipers,” said Cardinal Daniel N. Dinardo in a statement.
He said the churches were St. Sebastian’s Easter Worshiper Church in Negombo, St. Anthony’s Easter Worshiper Shrine in Colombo, the nation’s capital, and Zion Easter Worshiper Church in the eastern city of Batticaloa. The hotels that were attacked were the Shangri-La, Kingsbury and Cinnamon Grand, all in Colombo.
