Well I think if it's a private establishment, the owners can decide to do almost anything they want. But what they specifically decide to do could still be nonsensical discrimination. You should be allowed to discriminate against people with gray eyes, but don't think you should.
Nonsensical discrimination bothers me because it's cruel and bad for society.

And we're not talking about "perverts," whatever those even are. Just people with a condition, which isn't dangerous, that we should be sympathetic of.

Horrible black test scores?? Hell - and that's with affirmative action scoring which artificially raises black scores and also encourages whites and asians to also check the black box. That raises black scores even more.

We are told average SAT math score for a white is around 530 and for a black around 430 but it's actually more like 300 for the blacks. Most blacks cannot even read and struggle to tell time!!! They are extremely inferior.
