Eighteen states currently provide a way for illegal immigrants to get in-state tuition. U.S. citizens from other states pay out-of-state tuition.

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Sonoita Station arrested a 37-year-old Ecuadorian man after he assaulted an agent atop a mountain south of Tucson Wednesday evening.

Agents responded to a group of suspected illegal immigrants walking along a remote trail near Lone Mountain outside of Patagonia. As agents attempted to apprehend the suspected illegal immigrants, a man in the group struck a Border Patrol agent several times.

The man fought the agent for several minutes even as they both slid down a hillside. After several minutes, additional agents were able to aid in handcuffing the man and ending the struggle.

Two Mexican nationals, also illegally present in the country, were arrested during the incident. All three men were transported the Sonoita Border Patrol Station. Medical personnel evaluated the agent and the Ecuadorian man. Both declined further medical attention.

The Ecuadorian national is facing criminal charges for assaulting a federal agent. All three men will remain in custody to be processed for immigration violations.

Assaults highlight safety concerns for agents who often encounter and arrest multiple subjects in remote and isolated locations in rugged terrain.

Wounded military veterans don't get to pay the lower in-state tuition, thanks to the radical Democrat Socialists.

    Yes, it is right., Legion.

California has been doing this for years and it's spreading.

Illegals (non-citizens) ahead of wounded military veterans in radical Democrat Socialist's sanctuary cities.

    Default Illegals overwhelm American city

DEMOCRAT SAYS SHIPPING ILLEGALS TO THEIR SANCTUARIES IS DISRESPECTFUL

Yuma, on the U.S.-Mexico border has become the first in the nation to declare a state of emergency over illegal immigration, echoing officials who say new policies and resources are needed because the surge of families seeking asylum has become unmanageable.

Mayor Douglas Nicholls made the declaration. He said U.S. Border Patrol agents were forced to release nearly 1,300 illegal immigrants in Yuma, which has a population of about 100,000, in the past three weeks.

Nicholls said he worried that there could be a “catastrophic situation” with illegal immigrants left to wander the desert city.

A spokesman for Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said responsibility to deal with the illegal immigration crisis ultimately fell to Congress.

A Department of Homeland Security official said: “We fully understand the crisis at our southern border.”

Since the start of the federal budget year in October, more than 189,000 invaders claiming to be "families" have crossed the border illegally, more than in any prior full year. Most are requesting "asylum" upon their capture in the U.S.

Invaders who illegally cross the border and ask for asylum are allowed to stay in the country until their requests can be adjudicated, a process that can take years.

Didn't Blowjob Bill Clinton say he "loathes the military," Earl?

A gunman with cartel connections shot at various police officers in Laredo, Texas, during a raid. Authorities were able to arrest the teen shooter and several other members of the cell–considered a “nexus” to transnational criminal organizations or drug cartels.

The raids took place this week in several homes in Laredo as part of an ongoing investigation into cartel-connected rip crews, said Laredo Police Chief Claudio Trevino during a news conference.

Laredo is immediately north of the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo, which continues to be the scene of constant cartel violence. While police did not identify which cartel the Texas cell is affiliated with, Nuevo Laredo is a bastion of the Cartel Del Noreste (CDN) faction of Los Zetas.

It happened as described, according to authorities.

    Provide a factual rebuttal.

I'll understand if you can't, of course.
