The meaning of the lyrics Kate is singing is what the cowards are dumping just to appease every America-hating piece of Democrat liberal excrement.
During World War Two Brits had Vera Lynn. She had one of the great voices in an era of great female vocalists. If Vera was American she, too, would be dumped by America-hating traitors because she was heard at the end of the AMERICA-IS-ALWAYS-WRONG, pro-Soviet Union, movie Dr. Strangelove.
