Default The invasion of America in the news

MAYBE THIS IS WHY DEMOCRATS WANT TO DISARM AMERICAN CITIZENS

An armed right-wing militia group operating along the U.S.-Mexico border posted several videos to social media this week, including one in which they held about 200 asylum-seeking migrants at gunpoint near Sunland Park, N.M., until U.S. Border Patrol agents arrived.

“It should go without saying that regular citizens have no authority,” the DEMOCRAT governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, said in a statement to the failing New York Times, adding that it is “completely unacceptable” that foreigners be “menaced or threatened” upon illegally entering the U.S.

The American Civil Liberties Union said that “the Trump administration’s vile racism” emboldened the group.

DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT HIM IN THEIR SANCTUARIES

The Knoxville Police Department is searching for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run.

KPD said it is searching for Juan Francisco, who authorities said was driving a 1998 Dodge pickup truck when he struck the victim, Debbie Burgess, with his vehicle.

Burgess died as a result of the incident, and KPD said Francisco fled the scene.

Francisco has a history of criminal offenses, including a DUI in 2017 and reckless driving in 2004.

Homeland Security tells WVLT that Francisco’s immigration status has not changed since his arrest in 2002. At that time he was charged with theft and the warrant says he was an undocumented immigrant without proper paperwork.

WVLT spoke to D.J. Corcoran, a father whose son was killed in December after an illegal immigrant crossed into oncoming traffic hitting his son's car. Corcoran said that his heart goes out to the Burgess family, and that when illegal immigrants are faced with these type of situations where law enforcement is involved, "They're going to flee."

According to Immigration Officials, the U.S. Marshals are also looking for Juan Francisco.

In general, a private person is justified in using non-deadly force upon another if they reasonably believe that: (1) such other person is committing a felony, or a misdemeanor amounting to a breach of the peace; and (2) the force used is necessary to prevent further commission of the offense and to apprehend the offender. The force must be reasonable under the circumstances to restrain the individual arrested. This includes the nature of the offense and the amount of force required to overcome resistance

MAYBE DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT 7 YEAR OLD GIRLS RAPED BY ILLEGALS IN THEIR SANCTUARIES

A 33-year-old immigrant living in the country illegally has been charged with raping a 7-year-old girl.

On Thursday, Culpeper Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Oscar Ramirez, 33, of Culpeper, for the rape of a seven-year-old girl.

Ramirez was charged with one count of Rape of a Child and was taken into custody. He is being held at the Culpeper County Jail without bond.

On Friday, an ICE Agent responded to the Culpeper Jail to place a detainer on Ramirez for failing to report for an immigration hearing in 2006 in Houston, Texas.

He will be deported to his home country of El Salvador after his legal proceedings in Culpeper are completed and any potential prison sentence has been served.

“I’m thankful for the work of Detective Maria Rodriguez on this investigation,” Culpeper Sheriff Scott Jenkins said. “This is another example of America’s need for secure borders and repair of our broken immigration system.”

This is the kind of shit the KKK pulled. We are a nation of laws and nowhere in the Constitution does it allow for unregulated militias. If the local sheriff wants to deputize these groups then fine do it. But what these people did was illegal. If the illegals had resisted what would they have done use deadly force? Surly you can see how dangerous this is.

THEY GAVE AN ALIEN SANCTUARY AT GUNPOINT

A Phoenix, Arizona, couple is accused of picking up an immigrant day laborer at a Home Depot store and forcing him to have sex with the woman while her husband held him at gunpoint, police said.

According to police, the woman, identified as 39-year-old Brenda Acuna-Aguero, told the laborer she and her husband needed help moving some things around their home. But when they got to the couple's house, the woman began “to talk sexual to him and stated that it was her fantasy to have sex with a laborer and that she wanted to have sex with him,” court documents revealed.

When the victim refused, the woman’s husband, 45-year-old Jorge Murrieta-Valenzuela, came into the room holding a rifle. Police told local media that Murrieta-Valenzuela placed the barrel of his gun on the victim’s chest and told him to have sex with his wife, threatening to kill him if he refused.

The victim told police he was forced to have sex with Acuna-Aguero. He also added that Murrieta-Valenzuela took pictures and filmed the incident on a cell phone.

According to court documents, after the victim was forced to have sex, the couple took his Mexican driver’s license so that they had information about him. The victim also said the couple told him to return the next morning for more sex, failing which they would send the video to his wife in Mexico.

Phoenix police launched an investigation and during a search of the couple's home, took the duo into custody for questioning.

Ms. Acuna-Aguero first told police she had consensual sex with the victim, but later admitted her husband held the man at gunpoint.

Police looked into the couple's phone and found they had participated in a similar incident in March.

The couple was charged with sexual assault, aggravated assault, and unlawful recording of a person. The duo was being held on a $250,000 bond.

DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT HIM LURING LITTLE GIRLS IN THEIR SANCTUARIES

A man has been arrested in connection with two luring attempts in Upper Darby, Delaware County.

Police arrested 25-year-old Eudy Najera-Arita after a patrol officer recognized the vehicle he was driving as the same car wanted in connection with two attempted lurings.

A 11-year-old girl reported a man tried to get her to come into his vehicle.

The girl fled and called police.

Twenty minutes later, near Midway Avenue and Littlecroft Road, a 16-year-old girl said a man tried to lure her into his car and was exposing and touching himself.

    She also ran.

Both girls have the same description of the vehicle: a dark gray, silver or blue sedan with tinted windows, likely a 2016 Toyota Corolla.

Surveillance video captured a vehicle fitting that description along with a partial license plate around the time of the incidents.

Court records state the video shows the 11-year-old "stop and turn towards the actor in his vehicle then continue walking on Long Lane," which places the suspect, vehicle and victim together.

Court records also say the vehicle Najera-Arita was driving when officers pulled him over not only fit the description from the girls, it also looked the same as the vehicle in surveillance video and the partial plate recorded matched Najera-Arita's license plate.

The suspect agreed to go to Upper Darby Police Headquarters and through an Upper Darby police officer fluent in Spanish he confessed to approaching the girls.

According to an affidavit, "he then identified himself circling his car and himself standing outside of it prior to attempting to lure the 11-year-old into his car."

During a preliminary arraignment Najera-Arita told the judge through an interpreter he was innocent.

The judge ordered $300,000 cash bail.

Immigration Customs Enforcement put a detainer on the suspect. Authorities say the Honduran native is here illegally.
