Why? He has already determined, ".....no one in the Trump campaign COLLUDED with Russia...." In relation to Obstruction, "...….the report does not conclude that the POTUS committed a crime (Obstruction)…..but the report does not exonerate the POTUS....." And in clear unambiguous language the report reveals why the report could not conclude that a crime was committed, the reports says, ".....under CURRENT US DOJ GUIDELINES A SITTING PRESIDENT CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME....THE POTUS IS ALSO VESTED WITH MORE POWERS BY VITURE OF HIS OFFICE THAN OTHER GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES...."

Why did Mueller declare that "....the report does not conclude that the POTUS committed a crime"? Because of the SCOTUS decision and precedent established by the case 418 U.S. Code (1974) "The United States v. Nixon".....

But Mueller is going to testify that Congress has the authority to change a standing SCOTUS legal precedent? Really? Of course....they can, all that is required is for them to legislate a law making it a crime to TALK about committing a crime, making it an actionable recourse to talk without actually committing a crime WITHOUT ACTUALLY COMMITTING THE CRIME.

But then we have that little thing called The United States Constitution that lists certain things that are "UNALIENABLE" by US CODE LAW.....little protected rights such as THE FREE EXERCISE CLAUSE (religions), THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY....

Things that make you go HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM That pesky little constitutional thing sure gets in the way of a good ole fashioned coup..... where CONGRESS self professes to have the authority to unseat a duly elected POTUS....because HE TALKED ABOUT DEFENDING HIMSELF AGINST A CRIME THAT NEVER HAPPENED (COLLUSION).


When you multiply the "11" items mentioned that COULD BE OBSTRUCTION..... and the 11 things that do not actually happen but was just TALKED ABOUT (freedom of speech) which did not allow a CONCLUSION THAT A CRIME WAS COMMITTED (acted upon)... with the instance that CONCLUDED THAT A CRIME WAS COMMITTED....-0-.....I'll be damned....when the math is extrapolated.....the answer is still -0-. Do the math. 11 x 0 = 0

CONCLUSION? Go for it.....change DOJ precedence....change US CODE LAW.....CHANGE the US CONSTITUTION and repeal the 1st amendment, the 4th amendment. Hell just repeal the entire STATES BILL OF RIGHTS (the first 10 constitutional amendments).
