So how is that an effective system of checks and balances?
The one entity which has the power to punish the President is not allowed to see the evidence against him resulting from an FBI investigation.
The President's hand-picked AG can redact all the most incriminating evidence and then only hand over the white-washed version.
Sounds like we have a system which protects the President from the law.
The President is above the law.
It doesn't matter if he breaks the law because even if he is investigated, the results won't be seen by the House.
That means if we have a future President like Bill Clinton, he can do anything he wants and he can't be convicted.
A prosecutor cannot indict? Are you serious?
You crybaby bastards pinned your hopes on an indictment and it didn't happen. Sucks to be you, doesn't it?
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
