Default "Barr's team made nearly 1,000 redactions to Mueller findings"

"Reuters found 953 total redactions, broken down by the four categories Barr had previously stated would be redacted."

"The news service determined that the most common redaction concerned “harm to ongoing matter,” which occurred in 427 cases, according to the analysis."

Interesting, Barr felt information to supposed ongoing investigations should be held back, meaning there must be a lot of ongoing investigations still involving Trump, but also, it wasn't that long ago that Nunes was given information regarding ongoing investigations, no one can forget his infamous personal memo, yet now that same Justice Dept feels the need to protect ongoing investigations.

Curious, why the change in policy?

    So.....you DO read????
No news here. We were already told about upcoming redactions.
Lots of "ongoing matters" now.........The Obama/Hillbag investigation is beginning.

Default Sarah Sanders Admitted to the Special Counsel That She Lied About Comey

She says her claims about the former FBI director were a “slip of the tongue.”

We’re still making our way through a redacted version of Robert Mueller’s 448-page report on the Russia investigation, but one of the early revelations that has emerged is the extent to which President Donald Trump’s officials have lied on his behalf. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders produced one sizable whopper in May 2017, in the aftermath of FBI Director James Comey’s firing, when she suggested that he was unpopular among the bureau’s rank and file.

After a reporter claimed that a “vast majority” of agents supported Comey, Sanders replied, “Look, we’ve heard from countless members of the FBI that say very different things.”

That response was “not founded on anything,” Mueller’s office concluded after interviewing Sanders, who told special counsel staffers she had made a “slip of the tongue.” The report also says she spoke to the president after that press conference and he told her she did a “good job and did not point out any inaccuracies in her comments.”

The lack of evidence for this sentiment didn’t stop Trump from latching on to it in an interview with Lester Holt of NBC News a day later. He said the FBI was in “virtual turmoil” under Comey.........................................

    Stop.

All we were told was that Barr was using his judgment to redact the report, presumably to protect the President. For Watergate and Whitewater, both reports were released to the public in full, with no redactions.

It's a fantasy that there will be an investigation of the investigation that has turned up plenty of evidence of collusion between Trump's team and Russia, and of obstruction of justice by Trump himself.

This "let's investigate the investigators who indicted 34 people and businesses" screams consciousness of guilt.

It's the most obvious deflection there is.

Mueller passed off 12 investigations as being too far out of scope. Only two of those have surfaced to date. None involve DJT.

White America trusted that Barr would make the right decisions.

When will white America stop trusting racist white men?
