Depends on the wording of the request. If he asked for ALL emails, I would scream. If he asked for all emails relating to a specific subject, and their was no evidence those deleted emails were related to that subject, I would say that Mueller was idiotic in the way the request was worded.

Brad, Hillary conducted the business of the people on a PRIVATE server. There is a TON evidence e-mails were deleted even after they had been requested. They destroyed phones with evidence on them. They used bleach bit on the hard drives.
