Practice what you preach, before you complain about it.
Conservatives, teabaggers, and Trump boot-lickers have spent message board careers engaging in anti-intellectualism, mocking over-educated college pinheads, demeaning ivory tower college professors, claiming that climate scientists are lying and don't know what they're doing, sneering at John Kerry for being fluent in French, and just generally treating anyone highly educated, intellectual, and erudite as somehow suspect and effeminate.
Until you practice what you preach, you have zero standing to complain about anyone who makes a comment about ignorant white trash, dumb ass rednecks, and MAGA dunces.

America used to have apprenticeships. If you seeking a job in a field that did not require a degree but still needed extensive training, you were taught by pros in a methodical and complete fashion. Even assembly lines and factory work required training. The big 3 actually helped finance training centers.
There are still apprenticeships in America. If you do not want to work in an office and are adept at using your hands. here they are in Michigan .https://www.michigan.gov/wda/0,5303,...460---,00.html You can make a good living and the option of creating your own business is a future option.
