I am not aware that Mueller is not bound to any gag order. According to Barr, Mueller was given a chance to review Barr's summary... but Mueller said it wasn't necessary. Now if Barr lied about that or what was in Mueller's report, why would Mueller not say anything?

So the AG should ask a DISTRICT judge for permission?
Which district? Which judge?
Even if he selected a district judge, you would simply state the judge was a Trump lackey or some such nonsense.
Again... he is LEGALLY required to redact certain info. He stated to Congress that he would color code the redactions and give a summary of why each portion was redacted.
You are simply grasping at straws now that you realize you were duped.

You seemed to be implying he had to wait. As I stated, I know of no gag order, so there is nothing stopping him from commenting.
If Barr was lying in the summary or if Barr was lying about Mueller being given the opportunity to review the summary, then Mueller could have called him out on it.
Notice you are calling it a bullshit report before it is released? Biased much?

No, it cannot.
Mueller’s team is, however, participating in the redaction process, as are members of the intelligence community and prosecutors working on cases that could be affected by the public disclosure of certain information in the report, Barr said. In his second letter to Congress, the attorney general had outlined four categories of information that would be redacted:
(1) material subject to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) that by law cannot be made public; (2) material the intelligence community identifies as potentially compromising sensitive sources and methods; (3) material that could affect other ongoing matters, including those that the Special Counsel has referred to other Department offices; and (4) information that would unduly infringe on the personal privacy and reputational interests of peripheral third parties.

Out of the four above, only number 4 is questionable. The rest should be redacted.
and AGAIN... why a DISTRICT judge? Who selects the judge?

As of now, according to the news, Trump hasn't seen the report. Now that could indeed be a load of crap, but at this point, I have no idea what is in the full report. So no clue as to what, if anything, he would be hiding, assuming of course he has seen it.
AGAIN... no, by LAW it goes to the AG. Not Congress. The AG is currently working with the Mueller team and intel agencies to redact what needs to be redacted. You seem to think it is just Barr making the call.
