you are a fool if you believe that

    Capitalism is a TOOL

    tools need safety features

capitalism needs the safety features of regulations and taxes to reign it into a useable tool

Actually in a pure capitalist society without a government forcing you to pay taxes on your property you would have a choice. People did it for centuries. It is called "homesteading".

So I'll ask you a second time:

"Labor" is employed in voluntary monetary transactions. Where is the theft?

No you are mixing up socialism and state capitalism. Under working class control there can be no slavery.

Building workers produce homes for people. The rich try to ensure such homes are only for those thieves with enough money to pay big prices, and steal a large profit from those who do the work.

Your first two conclusions are course correct. As to three, nobody said wealth was destroyed. It is stolen from those who create it. Under a decent society it will be available to all for use as required.
proper fettering of capitalism ameliorates all of those problems

Homesteading is a whole other fantasy, no longer relevant. The theft is of a large psrt of the reward of labour by those who do none.

Under capitalism there can be no real freedom for anyone, unfortunately. I'm afraid that since McCarthy Americans have been prevented from knowing about the alternative.
