Every study I've seen on national IQ averages has shown the same thing. Ashkenazi Jews and East Asians have the highest, Sub-Saharan Africans have the lowest. When every study says the same thing, it's at least more than likely.

Indians, on average, have a low IQ. Of course there are exceptions and it's usually the high IQ Indians that come to America. The map is showing averages, not saying everyone in these countries has the same IQ.

For the most part, IQ is a test of opportunity, if you have access to quality education you are always going to score higher than the comparable individual who hasn't had the same level of education.

We do not really know what part of IQ is genetic and what part is trained. There is some degree of training. Various researchers have proposed very high figures for the genetic component, but again, this field is full of cranks and white supremacists.

I think the cultures that developed the most abstract concepts test better on tests that measure abstract thought. Every human is capable to the extent of their ability. You can't wish equality exists. It either does or it doesn't. If black folks want to catch up they have to practice using abstract thought more. If you trained and did a bunch of IQ tests, you would get higher IQ scores. It's not independent of knowledge at all. There's no reason to think that whites don't just do more IQ test like activities in while being educated that transfer to the IQ tests. Fake researchers in social science have been lying about how much certainty they have about their results for decades. It's just a massive house of cards.

Africa was incredibly difficult for human beings to develop into agricultural civilizations. The Bantu civilizations are comparatively young to the rest of the world because they only had the required methods worked out long after everyone else had gotten started. Not because they're dumb, but because it's genuinely harder land.

If the land hand just been good but Africans too stupid to know how to farm, Arabs would have spread south and developed the land. Or Greeks and Phoenicians who sailed along the African coast line would've established colonies inland which would've been hugely successful clearly because it's just all this bountiful land sitting around with only a few borderline retarded hunter gatherers to deal with.
