Bill and Hillary: Today's Julius and Ethel Rosenberg?
By William F. Marshall
https://www.americanthinker.com/arti...rosenberg.html
Former presidents Bill Clinton & Barack Obama will never be arrested for anything simply because they were president at one time. Basically, the federal government cannot put a president in jail. Locking up a crooked or traitorous president would be correctly interpreted as guilt by association.
Not so with Hillary Clinton. Wannabe presidents cannot rely on a president’s protection. That is why Hillary needs a lot more protection than former presidents. Up until March 22, 2019 the wall constructed by the FBI, CIA, Robert Mueller, and television was enough to keep Hillary safe. Happily, agent 006 & 7/8ths reports that a crack in the wall is widening:
On the negative side, Clinton will never be charged with the TREASON she committed on her email server. The federal government will never, never, never, charge a Democrat with the one and only unpunishable crime.
Nobody talks —— Everybody walks —— did wonders for loyalty to Hillary when the crimes are unpunishable.
John Kerry and Bill Clinton should have been tried and convicted of treason before they were elected to federal offices. Sad to say, it was too late after Kerry went to Congress and Clinton went to the White House. Basically, the mild punishment (3 & 1/2 years) Alger Hiss served defined the escape clause parameters for the unpunishable crime John Kerry, and Bill Clinton got away with.
Hillary & Company is guilty of exploiting the unwritten criteria for the unpunishable crimes. Hillary might pay the price for the Steele Dossier because that is a straightforward crime, while she always knew she was too big to prosecute for espionage and/or treason. In short: Those two crimes are too big to prosecute if you are a federal government official.

Do not waste time on treason.
Whether or not Hillary beats the rap for the Steele Dossier AG Barr should focus on the laws that can make Hillary pay for her crimes:

Collusion? Russians Gave $35 Million to Company with John Podesta on Board

You can bet that Podesta will rollover on Hillary when he is facing life in the slammer. It only takes one plea bargain with one crook for a gaping hole to become black hole sucking in every one of Hillary’s “loyal subjects.”
Frankly, the bloom is off the Clinton rose; so I cannot see Podesta doing a McDougal:
Mr. McDougal, who had a history of heart disease, had been serving his prison term at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth. A Justice Department spokeswoman, Sue Beasley, said workers at the prison medical center observed Mr. McDougal ''in distress'' today at 10:30 A.M. Life-support was administered and Mr. McDougal was taken by ambulance to the John Peter Smith Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after noon.
Mr. McDougal died during the same weekend that his former wife's prison term for contempt had been completed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, a Federal prison in Los Angeles. Susan McDougal had served the term because she did not want to testify before a grand jury, having said that she feared committing perjury after Mr. McDougal decided to cooperate.
Mrs. McDougal remains in prison. She was also tried along with her husband, was convicted of four felony counts and has now begun a two-year sentence. The two separated in 1984, and their divorce became final in 1990. They had no children.

The OP is a Npc comment of the silliest sort.
To jimmymccready: Are you putting me on? My observations are brilliant truths compared to your say-nothing responses.
I will give you a chance to redeem yourself. Defend Hillary with more than attacking me:

Flanders, intelligent people from the right and left do not give a fuck what you think because you make Npc comments. Rana pimp does this as well.
Each of you are a non-player until you start posting real material.
I tolerate you because you amuse me.
In a town that leaks like a rowboat with a big hole in it, Democrats are going bonkers trying to find out if Hillary Clinton is the subject of a pending investigation:
Barr told members of Congress at his first public appearance since receiving special counsel Robert Mueller's report that his earlier projection of releasing a version by mid-April still stood. The report, which is nearly 400 pages long, is being scoured now to remove grand jury information and details that relate to pending investigations.

Nutso is so afraid that Hillary will be indicted a month or two before the 2020 elections she is throwing rocks at everything in sight hoping to hit something:
Everything Democrats and their media mouthpieces say about releasing the entire report is misdirection. God help Democrats if Hillary is finally hauled in:

To kudzu: Ain’t it a bitch that Democrat morons are sick because they got away with protecting Hillary for two years now suddenly they know they cannot coverup an indictment of any kind —— either Uranium One, the Steele Dossier, or Hillary’s e-mail server.

Thank the gods this thread isn't about what I feared it was about. Whew. Our tribute thread doesn't need any competition. lol
I wonder if there is a graph showing a correlation between the obsession with Hillary and the increasing troubles surrounding the Toadstool?
