You are touting the Airbus purchase. You think it has nothing to do with Boeing jet problems?
Europe is not suddenly becoming receptive to China. They buy more from China than anywhere else, including the US.
China is also not opening up new avenues. Airbus and Boeing have been primary competitors for decades.
Incorrect, the EU as well as other parts of the world as Japan and the rest of South Asia are opening up to China's advances. Given Trump's breakup of the tradtuional alliances and understandings, China has jumped in to fill the void vacated by the US. Bit bigger than jets crashing

'My' Examiner article? You posted it, not me. You should also try reading the damn thing. It does not say what you think it says. Again, China has been the largest exporter to the EU for a while now. That hasn't changed. YOUR article states they are gaining influence by buying European businesses. Which also has nothing to do with Trump.
Finally... your original comment was on the Airbus purchase, not the Chinese involvement in the EU in its entirety. If you think the Boeing problems didn't have an effect on that purchase, then you are nuts.
