America prefers Starbucks. That's why there is one on every street corner.

America voted for Trump with the same absence of sense.

I'll stick with Dunkin and with Dems, thank you.

Dunk is terrible here. Even the stand alone stores. I had one the other day that was like hot water, tinted brown.

With you right wing gun nuts walking around locked and loaded, we should change the constitution for the right to arm bears.

Do you think a President should appoint his brother as AG?

I went to a Dutch Bros last weekend, my first ever visit. I was shocked at how good my beverage was. I had no idea.

Just about every state attorney general is a constitutional office directly elected by the voters of the state.

The AG is supposed to be America's Lawyer, not the Executive Branch's lawyer.

It should never have been a presidential appointment confirmed by the senate in the first place.

It, like the presidency, should be an elective office without term limits so if we ever get a good one, we can keep him or her.

If we get a dud like Barr, we can shitcan him/her at the polls.

I don't believe in elected judges at any level, but AGs should definitely be elected.
I'm pretty sure the EC vote is a hotter priority for lefties right now. I bet adding a dozen new lefty judges to scotus is a hotter priority as well.

The AG must (and will) be, as always, a part of the executive branch.

Evmetro is right that when the Dems take the House, Senate, and WH next year they will remove the cloture rule in the Senate, then the Senate will nominate six new judges to SCOTUS. The alt right agenda will be undone by the end of the President's term.

Why do I get the feeling you loved Loretta Lynch? Why do I get the feeling you would have never made this thread during the Obama administration?

As long as the Democrats and Republicans hold onto their dictatorship over America, an elected AG of the opposite branch of the duopoly dictatorship from the President would simply exist to remove the President from office creating just another cluster fuck in the Swamp and prevent the President from concentrating his efforts on doing his constitutional duties and agenda. Of course a blessing only for the party out of power, a frustration to the elected party and President in power, and more hatred, and back stabbing in the swamp, if that’s even possible.

Your amendment is a pure politically biased absurdity!
