First, the Special Counsel had 3 mandates;
1 - Investigate Russian interference into the election
2 - Investigate the Trump campaign for criminal conspiracy to aid Russia in that interference.
3 - Investigate Trump for Obstruction of Justice

On point 1, that was shown to be true, but we all knew that.
On point 2, according to Barr's letter, there was not enough evidence to say yes to that point.
On point 3, the report does not exonerate Trump on Obstruction and Barr says he will make that determination.

As far as this being over, it's not over. We still need to hear Barr's report on Obstruction, but he's in a corner here. Barr basically auditioned for the job with a 19 page letter that says moire or less, a President cannot be charged with Obstruction. Congress could be constitutionally mandated to take over that investigation based on a conflict of interest based on Barr's 19 page letter.

Trump fucked himself by admitting on TV that he fired Comey to stop the Russia investigation.

Congress is not going to let this go. We've all heard that both Barr and Mueller may be subpoenaed to testify and the question is why did Mueller stop short of his 3rd mandate and why did Barr release his findings so soon about a 400+ page report that he got less than 48 hours ago.*

SDNY, EDNY, State of Virginia are also following up on investigations passed off to them by the Special Counsel in addition to their own investigations - like it or not.

Also is the question I posted earlier, why so many lies? Why did so many people lie and keep lying, al a Manafort lying to investigators repeatedly.
