As I said, no Constitutional right is absolute, never was, never has been, they all can be regulated
It could be. It is still there.

It does? So a rocket launcher is beyond any kind of regulation?

No, there is no "it could be," you said nothing was ever changed, so yes or no, the Third Amendment is still applicable today?

    This should be interesting
Your answer is in the first three words of the Preamble.

Yes. It never changed. Why am I explaining that to someone that professes to know the Constitution?

Probably not, unless the projectile wasn't explosive.

    "We the people?"

So "we the people" guarantees that anyone in the United States who wants to own any weapon of his choice is allowed to do so?

I'd ask for an explanation but I can't it being anymore inane that that one, "we the people," does that mean everyone in America can get free Tacos on Tuesday at Taco Bell if "we the people" demand such?

Again, no, address the question, is the Third Amendment applicable today?

Can any officer of any branch of the service knock on your door tonight and tell you you have to house and feed three soldiers in your residence until he decides to remove them? Unless you can answer yes, it means the Third Amendment has changed, and your big Constitutional gotcha is bogus

But can't one hand carry a rocket launcher? And you told us the Second Amendment "protects any hand carried weapon that the US Army has access to"

Yes. They could per the Constitution. Now stop prancing around here Archive because you are just plain wrong. It is nothing new to you.

You can own one. An RPG, right? It falls under the National Firearms Act. As long as you can get an ATF permit and pay the $200 tax. It's federally legal, but some states don't allow it.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Not quite. The People have all the power, all the rights, and through the Constitution delegate limited power to the federal government. Therefore anything not delegated remains to the People.
