While Special Counsel Robert Mueller submitted his confidential report to the Justice Department on Friday, the investigations surrounding President Donald Trump and his associates are far from over.

The Justice Department said Friday that Mueller would not recommend new indictments, according to the AP, which would mean he is sticking with longstanding department precedent that the sitting President can’t be indicted. But regardless of what Mueller’s final report says about Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, there are more than a dozen other investigations and lawsuits looking into Trump, his businesses, his family and his associates.

This is not an exhaustive list, as there may be investigations that have not yet been made public, and there are other loosely connected players also being investigated thanks to Mueller’s work. But here are the key legal threats still facing Trump and his inner circle.
