I own one and have said a number of times that I am against banning such guns. What I am for is stricter background checks and only licensed gun dealers who can initiate those checks allowed to sell guns.
As long as conservatives keep giving guns to anyone those bans are coming and when they arrive we will have assholes like you to thank for it.

[QUOTE=RB 60;2948437]yes of course they would. Not to mention one hell of a lot of those who did not would find themselves in jail.
Then some other measure would have to be adopted in such a case. probably a background check as though they were being purchased by whoever they were left to.What happens to the gun when you die? Do they bury it/them with you? I'll need a pretty damn big casket then.
It really doesn't. Gun laws could easily be made stricter without amending the constitution. The supreme court has already ruled that govt can adopt stricter gun laws without having to amend the constitution.
Not allowing convicted felons to buy one to banning fully automatics are 2 examples of restrictions that are constitutional. Banning assault type weapons would be stupid in my opinion but it would be perfectly constitutional if it were adopted.
