You missed the point completely. They claim it's racist to advocate a healthy diet . Go figure.
I missed all that. Did you start the thread, I'd like to read it.

"Eggs, specially the yolk, are a major source of dietary cholesterol," wrote Victor Zhong, lead study author and a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. In a study published Friday in the medical journal JAMA, he and his colleagues noted that a single large egg contains about 186 milligrams of cholesterol.

    Oh, for Pete's sake.

First eggs are good for you.

Then they were bad for you.

Then they were good for you again.

Now they're bad for you again.

I eat one jumbo sized egg per day, almost every day. Been doing so for about two years now.

My total cholesterol is well below 200 and my hdl/ldl ratio is well within the target range.

My triglycerides are a little high, but not dangerously so.

So now I guess I'll switch to Egg Beaters.

    Whatever.
