COHEN being in Prague is a MINOR detail in the dossier! That's absurd. Did you FORGET? We have paperwork, signed, letter of intent signed, ARCHITECURAL plans drawn up, FINANCING secured. I don't give a flying fuck whether COHEN went to Prague, the Bahamas or used his CELL PHONE from his toilet in Manhattan, he was 'negotiating' and said so.

PS I think the land was picked out but not 'signed or secured', can't remember.
