Default The border crisis in the news

Border Patrol agents arrested a group of eight illegal aliens from Guatemala with the assistance of a Pinal County Sheriff’s Office helicopter crew participating in Operation Stonegarden southeast of Ajo, Wednesday morning.

Agents utilizing portable surveillance technology observed the group in a wash several miles north of the international border. A Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Huey OH1 helicopter deployed agents and a canine to search for the group on the ground.

Approximately 30 minutes into the search, the canine team found the group hidden in the brush. The group, presumably abandoned by their smuggler, included eight Guatemalan males ranging from 16 to 43 years of age.

The group was transported to the Casa Grande Station for further processing of immigration violations. During processing, agents learned that four of the men were previously removed from the country.

Collaboration between state, local, tribal and federal law enforcement agencies has created a greater force against transnational criminal organizations and the disruption of illicit activities in border communities.

LIBERALS DON'T THINK THIS IS A PROBLEM?

U.S. Border Patrol Agents arrested a previously deported sex offender as he attempted to enter the United States illegally near El Paso, Texas.

Border Patrol Agents working near the downtown area arrested three illegal aliens from El Salvador as they attempted to enter the United States illegally early Wednesday morning.

Record checks revealed that 33-year-old Mario Guevara-Cartagena was convicted in October, 2013 with four counts of sodomy of a child under 13 years of age in the state of Virginia. He served eight months in prison before being removed from the United States in June 2014.

In recent months the U.S. Border Patrol has noted a trend with human smuggling organizations where they purposely direct people to turn themselves in. While Agents are busy processing those who are surrendering the organizations are smuggling other people or contraband though different locations. These attempts have been thwarted thanks to the efforts of the U.S. Border Patrol who in turn are keeping convicted criminals out.

    DEMOCRATS GAVE HIM SANCTUARY

Federal immigration officials said Thursday that California law prohibited them from arresting a Mexican citizen with a record of deportations and probation violations before he was shot to death Sunday by a Napa sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop — and that the shooting might never have happened if they had been allowed to detain him.

In a graphic 48-second clip, body-worn camera footage shows the shooting as it unfolded after Napa County sheriff’s Deputy Riley Jarecki stopped to conduct a vehicle check of a red Honda around 11 p.m.

After Jarecki’s brief conversation with Javier Hernandez-Morales, 43, who was seated in the driver’s seat, the video appears to show him rolling down the car window — and then firing at least one shot at Jarecki with what police say was a stolen .22-caliber revolver at point-blank range.

Alan Jacob Mogollon-Anaya, a 31-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, is now on ICE’s “Most Wanted” list for killing Branum in a Tennessee car crash where he was intoxicated, taken to the hospital, and then fled the state to evade arrest.

ICE officials said Mogollon-Anaya’s last known location was Kenner, Louisiana, and that the illegal alien had been working in the construction industry.

Last year alone, ICE agents arrested nearly 2,000 convicted and suspected illegal alien killers who have left behind countless American and legal immigrant victims.

It's like they gain something from keeping the border porous, isn't it?

    That's the law.

    Don't like it?

Admit you want open borders and support candidates who will repeal existing legislation.

Oh, the law. I guess others have not crossed the border for jobs and ended up with better lives. You do know Trump is just demonizing desperate people for a political gain, just like you are. The mess in Central America is much or our fault. We claim we need workers , let them in and give them jobs. That is better than policing, arresting, jailing ,going through the legal system and spending even more on deportation.

    Yes, the law.

What's the matter? Don't you think you can get enough votes to repeal our immigration laws and open the borders?
