he should be banned from graduation
lol..where did you get that from?
minors have Constitutional rights - but because of their age and need for care they can be subject to things
like a dress code -but they still have 1st Amendment rights.
Courts allow for some mitigation of absolute rights - because adults can make decisions for their welfare
Blah, blah, blah......if the rules prevent similar displays, this kid and the parents should just stfu and comply. If not, lawsuit.
During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.

Russia has not been communist for years. When the Soviet Union existed the American left was critical of U. S. policy for being confrontational toward the Soviets and the policy of containment seeking to stop the spread of communism. The left was very sympathetic to the Soviet Union. Now, they are like McCarthy trying to scare Americans into believing Russia is our enemy.
The foreign policy of Russia/Soviet Union has changed little whether under communism or its current system. Russian expansion is the problem, not communism.

Children have all the same rights as adults plus some extra protections (in the criminal justice system).
Schools and other institutions can put restrictions on behavior that would disrupt their normal functions. Those same dress code policies can be applied equally to adults and children in schools.

That puts you in the same category as white supremacists, Nazis, and the KKK. They want to be separated from groups they dislike and want to avoid them. Next you will want gays and immigrants to wear hats to identify them so you can avoid anybody you dislike. Such intolerance is making our society worse.
