Not even close. One is protected free speech, one is not (unless the theater is on fire).

You obviously have no experience in social services.
Off the top of my head, Children can't vote, but alcohol, tobacco, join the military, watch certain movies, enter contracts, etc.
In court, Children have even less rights, not more.

minors have Constitutional rights - but because of their age and need for care they can be subject to things
like a dress code -but they still have 1st Amendment rights.

Courts allow for some mitigation of absolute rights - because adults can make decisions for their welfare
    You are so fucking stupid.
Legally children are treated as if they were owned by their parents and or the state.

High schools are just grooming students for when they get to college.

You have no knowledge of constitutional law. None of those things (voting, alcohol, tobacco) are constitutional rights. They are freedoms we exercise unless the government chooses to restrict them. Constitutional rights are things the government cannot restrict.

In court, a juvenile tried as an adult cannot receive the death penalty. They are given special treatment (juvenile detention vs. prison), etc.

If you had any idea what is going on in family court right now you would shut the fuck up.

Judicial corruption in closed (family) courts is rampant nationwide.

You would not actually believe how many "I don't support Trump!"-Trump supporters there are on this board and throughout the nation. If you are providing cover to Trump, offering excuses for Trump, defending Trump, rationalizing Trump, then you are a Trump supporter. I think it is a great idea for all Trump supporters to be publically identified.
They will fire up their fabulous, teabaggulous Bush-Off machine from 2009 and slap a new label on it as the fabulous, teabaggulous Trump-off machine.

    Exactly.

Like in the movie Inglorious Basterds, Aldo Raine and his basterds carved swastikas in the foreheads of Nazis because those Nazis will run away, stopping only long enough to burn their uniforms.

Same thing needs to be done to Trump voters.

They can never be allowed to re-brand.

Conservatives want to have their cake and eat it too; they want to be able to be racist, xenophobic, misogynist, antisemitic Trump voters and not pay any social consequences.

    That shit has to end.

It's Trump's party now. To Republicans, Trump is the most beloved and admired GOP politician of the modern era. Hollering "Trump is a Democrat!" just won't cut the mustard anymore.

I actually support the idea of every single Trump supporter wearing one of those dumb ass MAGA hats.
    For very practical reasons:

Employers want to know how stupid job applicants are.

Chicks who don't want to date Trump supporters have a right to know upfront who has been licking Trump's boots.

Bars and restaurants who don't want to serve Trump voters, have a right to be informed about who these dumb asses are.

The list of benefits of Trump voters being encouraged to wear MAGA hats is endless, I tell you!

How about the 14th or 24th? 14, 18, and 21, and 24 did not give the people the right to vote, they said states could not prohibit the vote based on sex, race, or age 18 or a poll tax.

The Constitution gives states the power to determine voter qualifications (although amendments and court decisions have made it almost universal).

Corruption has nothing to do with whether a juvenile legally has constitutional rights. You are completely changing the issue.

I sat through many court hearings on child custody and worked as a special child advocate. I saw no corruption but plenty of kids who are in the worst situations--two alcoholic/drug addicted parents seeking to get custody of the kids from the grandparents or state, mothers with 2-3 kids who have no idea who the father is seeking child support, children living in homes where all the adults are drunk by noon.............
